Honestly Shr I think customer service, which sales falls under, is all about the client feeling the sales rep or agent genuinely care without being too pushy. I think you have found that sweet spot and you have done a great job! Now our friendship may play a part in that too but I think you are a genuine authentic person in that sense and it really comes across. Friends or no friends for that matter. I hope other people see the value in this rare trait and value you for that. I also hope the industry could never influence you to be like a typical agent who we all know what they are like. Basically “don’t drink the coolaid” Hope your clients grow daily and I will personally spread the word to have a share in it.
