Shar first called North York home when he immigrated to Canada with his family in 1996. He went on to earn an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, where a conversation with a classmate first sparked his interest in real estate—a passion that quickly became his long-term goal.

Today, Shar is dedicated to helping clients not only find their dream homes, but also build long-term wealth through real estate.  Known for his hands-on approach, he works closely with each client to ensure they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry and involvement in over 250 transactions, his deep knowledge of the Toronto market allows him to offer strategic guidance in an often complex and competitive environment.

Shar is also a strong believer in giving back to the community that welcomed him so many years ago, and continues to look for ways to make a positive impact in the city he proudly calls home.

Selling luxury homes hasn’t always been on Oudi’s radar. Born in Israel, he came to Toronto with his family as a child. After high school, he apprenticed as an electrician but decided early mornings weren’t for him. So he started working in the restaurant business, where he ended up meeting a real estate agent who gave him some life-changing advice.

Since then, he’s helped countless clients rent, buy and sell a wide variety of properties.

So many people – including agents – tend to overlook just how monumental a decision it is to buy or sell a home. I don’t take that lightly, and try to be understanding and make the experience as smooth and easy as possible.

Stephen Fabbro has been a resident of Etobicoke for over two decades and always had a passion for real estate. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BBA and specialization in Marketing, Stephen went on to work in a sales role for a major firm in the wine and alcohol industry. It was through those connections and love for sales that Stephen took the leap into real estate, and has never looked back. Stephen has been in real estate for just over 7 years, and has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of families with their move, whether it was their first time buying, renting, upsizing, or selling to downsize. Stephen’s patience, passion, hard work and determination are the reasons Stephen’s clients are so happy to work with him and refer him to their friends and family. In his spare time, you can find Stephen playing hockey, soccer, and other sports with friends, spending time with family, and travelling.
